For Sony Electronics, we provided end-to-end support on RoHS and REACH compliance across their supply chain. This included:
- Supplier audits and documentation review to verify RoHS conformity and ensure up-to-date Declarations of Conformity,
- Project management for PFAS phase-out, coordinating cross-functional teams to substitute and phase out hazardous substances in alignment with evolving EU restrictions,
- And the creation of a legal tracking system covering REACH obligations across the EMEA region, allowing proactive regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.
